The UPMAS President, Dr. Ryan B. Capitulo, gave a message during the UPCM Welcome & Orientation Ceremony for Freshmen on August 13, 2024 held at the Plenary Hall, Henry Sy Sr. Building.

I am a proud alumnus who learned from 3 National Scientists and 7 Academicians of theNational Academy of Science and Technology.
