Please take note that Classes 99, 74, 69, 64, 59, 54, and 49 are FREE BUT STILL NEED TO REGISTER.

UPMAS LIFE MEMBERS of Non-Jubilarian classes older than Gold are also FREE BUT STILL NEED TO REGISTER.

UPMAS LIFE MEMBERS of Classes younger than Gold will have to pay 6,000 pesos but will receive a 10% refund once the Life Membership has been confirmed.

Kindly register now because only 700 attendees can be accommodated in the venue.
